iSkin evo3 - Good for 6 months

When I purchased the iSkin eVo3 to protect my brand new iPod I had the expectation that it would keep the iPod protected. Somewhere between when I tucked my ipod into it (January) and now (June) some sort of oowy sticky goo has secreted from the case and onto the iPod covering it in this goo. I immediately wanted to contact iSkin for some customer service. I had no particular expectations. At their website iskin.com there is NO way to contact them directly if it's not a 'suggestion' or an 'order issue'. So I had a few suggestions but the page to submit suggestions clearly states that there will be no response to this form of communication and that my suggestion will be passed along. Nice.

I was surprised to get a quick respose to the 'suggestion' and I provided more details about the incident.

Needless to say, I'm bummed. As this was occuring and as pined over the loss of the lustrous ipod exterior that I had thought I was protecting I had at least hoped for some cleaning solution, maybe a new case... um non - eVo3 or even a refund. For $35 + plus the cost of some cleaning solution they could have prevented this post and the result that most of you will at least think twice before wrapping your, not cheap, iPod in a cheap plastic goo secreting case.
